Миналата седмица приготвях домашни дюнери, бях купила цял плик с арабски питки (10 броя) и част от тях останаха. Както знаете старая се максимално много да използвам недоизядената храна и приготвих вариация на арабския чипс, но този път вместо сумак използвах пушен червен пипер.
Ето как се приготвя:
Нарязвате арабската питка на 6 или 8 триъгълника (като торта). После всяко парченце се намазва с малко количество зехтин и после се поръсва с пушен червен пипер. Арабските питки се запичат в загряна фурна до златисто.
Хлябът става изключително хрупкав и приятен на вкус, а ароматът от пушения червен пипер ми напомня за барбекю аромат, на опушено.
