Както съм казвала редица пъти у нас всички десерти, които имат шоколад или пък сирене Филаделфия са сред най-предпочитаните. А какво остава, когато в една рецепта влизат и шоколада и Филаделфията…
На практика този десерт е вариация на десерта, който приготвих за списание Меню преди малко повече от месец – реден чийзкейк с шоколад и горски плодове. В този смисъл този десерт е нещо средно между чийзкейк, крем с бисквити или както искате го наречете – вярвам, че вашите близки, гости ще го харесат. А и десертът с шоколад и Филаделфия се приготвя изключително бързо.
Единственото, което трябва да направите е да смелите в блендер (или да натрошите на ситно) маслени бисквити (около 200 грама) и да ги залеете с разтопено масло (около 80 грама). Сместа е добре да разтриете с ръце, докато стане на трохи.
След това се смесва една кутийка сирене Филаделфия Light с 2-3 с.л. пресчта пудра захар.
Разтопява се на водна баня около 120 грама млечен шоколад.
В чаши се нарежда по един слой от трите смеси като се редуват. Накрая се завършва с течен шоколад. Десертът се сервира още докато шоколадът не е стегнал.
