Вътре звучи нежен шансон и сладкарите без излишна припряност вадят прясно изпечени кроасани и слагат тава с клафути с вишни за 30 минути във вече загряната фурна.
Да, точно клафути ще приготвим днес. Доста емблематичен френски десерт. Рецептата за клафути с череши, коиято ви предлагам (или поне сместа) навярно ще ви напомни за приготвянето на палачинки. И имате право 🙂
Оригиналното клафути се приготвя с черни череши, които забележете!!! са необезкостени. В много френски рецепти препоръчват клафутито да е с вишни. Аз потърсих вчера вишни на пазарчето до нас, за да приготвя клафути с вишни, но нямаше. Вишните са уникален плод – леко киселият им вкус прекрасно се съчетават в различни комбинации, както с тесто, така и сирена, меса и какво ли още не… Жалко, че ги има за толкова кратко – 2-3 седмици и край! Случвало ми се е даже някои лета да отскоча до някъде, да се отплесна и да пропусна вишните! Вие не го правете! 🙂
Аз обаче реших да използвам плодове според сезона в моята рецепта за клафути.
Приготвих го във формичките ми за мъфини, въпреки, че спокойно можете да го направите и в тава и да го сервирате на триъгълни парчета. Когато съм се ровила да чета различни рецепти за клафути, съм попадала и на такива, в които се десертът се пече на водна баня.
Аз реших да си оптимизирам времето – времето е повече от прекрасно за разходки, в Банкя има Country West Fest 2012, на който се каня да отида; Европейското по футбол започна; волейбол дават; така че метнах клафутито директно във фурната.Pin It

Необходими продукти
- 300-350 грама череши
- 200 грама сладкарска сметана
- 1 ч.ч. брашно
- 3 яйца
- 1 ч.ч. кафява захар
- 1 к.ч. прясно мляко
- 1 ч.л. ванилена захар
- 1 щипка сол
- масло за намазване на формичките или олио
Приготвяне
- Черешите се почистват от дръжките, но не се обезкостяват.
- Част от захарта се отделя за поръсване на формичките.
- Брашното, яйцата, останалата захар, солта, ванилената захар и сметаната се разбиват добре до получаване на хомогенна смес.
- Формичките се намазват с олио или меко масло и се поръсват с кафява захар.
- Във всяко от гнездата се поставят по няколко необезкостени череши.
- Сместа се разсипва равномерно във всички формички за печене. Гнездата не се пълнят до горе, тъй като сместа бухва.
- Пекат се около 25-30 минути в предварително загряна, умерена фурна.
- След като ги извадите от фурната десертчетата ще са бухнали, но ги оставете за 10-15 минути на хладно и те ще спаднат.
- Могат да се се сервират както топли, така и студени; декорирани с допълнително плодове или поръсени с пудра захар.
- Най-важното е да не забравяте да предупредите гостите си или тези, на които го сервирате, че десертът е с костилки!
