Необходими продукти
- 2 ч.ч. брашно
- 1 брой яйце
- 2/3 ч.ч. захар
- 1 пакетче масло 125 грама
- 1 ч.ч. кисело мляко
- 1 бакпулвер
- 1 пакетче ванилова захар
- сладко от ягоди
Приготвяне
- Маслото (на стайна температура) се разбива заедно със захарта и ваниловата захар. Прибавя се яйцето и се доразбива.
- Брашното и бакпулверът се пресяват. Постепенно се прибавят към течните съставки и се разбърква добре сместа.
- Сместа се пълни във формичките, като те трябва да бъдат пълни на 3/4. Ако ги напълните до горе сместа ще прелее при печенето.
- Кексчетата се пекат в предварително загряна фурна на 180 градуса. За да проверите дали са готови използвайте суха клечка за зъби. Като я забучите в средата и я извадите трябва да е суха.
- Готовите кексчета оставете да изстинат и след това сложете върху всяко по 1 ч.л. сладко от ягоди.
