Необходими продукти
- 500-550 грама извара безсолна
- 100-120 грама пудра захар
- 12-15 смокини + няколко за декорация
- няколко капки шоколадова есенция
- 70 грама шоколадов чипс или шоколад нарязан на парченца
Приготвяне
- Изварата се смесва с пудрата захар и есенцията и се обърква добре (за да няма бучки). След това се прибавят нарязаните на дребно смокини.
- Накрая прибавете и шоколада.
- Омесва се внимателно, за да не станак парченцата смокини на каша. Поднася се с допълнително пресни плодове.
