Никулден наближава и аз все по-често преглеждам рецептите с риба. Пъстървата си остава една от най-популярните риби в магазинчето за риба до нас заради доброто съотношение цена-качество(вкус). Реших да я изпека на фурна, като след като я осоля я напълвам със сурови орехи. Харесва ми комбинацията от ядковия вкус с този на рибата. Като гарнитура сложих печени домати, които през лятото използвам за любимата ми доматена супа. Към тях аз прибавих и гарнитура от зелена салата, както я приготвих тук, но вие можете да не я приготвяте.

Необходими продукти
- 2 пъстърви
- 4 с.л. орехи изчистени
- сол на вкус
- черен пипер на вкус
- 500 грама домати
- 200 грама праз
- 1 скилидка чесън
- 2-3 с.л. магданоз нарязан на ситно
- 2 с.л. зехтин
Приготвяне
- Доматите се нарязват на парчета, поставят се в тавичка и се осоляват. Върху тях се слагат нарязаните на ситно магданоз, чесън и праз. Поливат се с малко зехтин.
- Запичат се около 40 минути в предварително загряна фурна на 170 градуса.
- Пъстървата се измива, осолява (най-добре със смляна морска сол), подправя се с черен пипер и се пълни с пресните орехи.
- Пече се в загряна фурна около 35 минути до готовност. Поднася се с гарнитурата от печени домати.
