Наскоро ходих на работилница за коледни сладки и ви обещах, че ще споделя …
Необходими продукти
- 450 грама брашно
- 200 грама масло на стайна температура
- 100-120 грама захар на кристали
- 1 яйце
- 1 капсула течна ванилия
- 1/2 пакетче бакпулвер
- 1 щипка сол
Приготвяне
- Мекото масло разбиваме със захарта до „пухкав крем“.
- Добавяме яйцето и ванилията, продължаваме с разбъркването до получаване на хомогенна смес.
- В купа пресяваме брашното, щипката сол и бакпулвера.
Смесваме брашнената и яйчената смес, замесваме тесто. - Завиваме готовото тесто в свежо фолио и оставяме за час-два в хладилник, да се охлади и стегне.
Изваждаме тестото омесваме леко върху набрашнен плот и разточваме. - Изрязваме желани фигурки и ги подреждаме в тава предварително покрита с хартия за печене.
- Печем в загрята фурна на 180 градуса до готовност.
