Сандвичи с кайма или принцеси с кайма… както искате ги наречете, но …
Необходими продукти
- 2 филии хляб
- 100 грама кайма смес
- 1 щипка черен пипер по желание
- 1 щипка кимион
- 2 щипки сол
Приготвяне
- Каймата се смесва заедно с подправките и се меси 2-3 минути.
- След това се намазва върху филиите и сандвичите са запичат на горен реотан в силно загрята фурна или на парти грил.
- Пекат се около 15 минути (понякога и повече) докато каймата отгоре стане златиста и добре изпечена.

Аз често слагам в каймата и малко настърган кашкавал. Пека ги на скара и когато са готови ги ръся с шарена сол. В бургаско им викат странджанки и май слагат малко лучец и магданоз в каймата като за кюфтета на скара без яйце и хляб. Благодаря.
