Необходими продукти
- 2 консерви нахут по около 400 грама всяка
- 150 грама доматено пюре
- 1 малка глава лук
- 1-2 скилидки чесън
- 1/2 червена чушка
- 1 с.л. магданоз сушен
- 1 ч.л. чубрица
- черен пипер на вкус
- 1 щипка асефатида
- 1/2 ч.л. червен пипер лют в зехтин
- сол на вкус
- 1 с.л. зехтин
Приготвяне
- Лукът и чесънът се запържват в зехтина. Прибавя се нахута и черния пипер.
- Добавя се желаното количество вода (според желаната гъстота на яхнията).
- Оставя с да заври и се добавят подправките и доматеното пюре.
- Вари се още 20-25 минути.
