Ето и една рецепта за паста с пилешко и сметана, която приготвих …
Необходими продукти
- 250 грама паста
- 200 грама пилешко месо обезкостено – от гърди или бутче
- 200 мл сметана
- 1-2 скилидки чесън
- 2 с.л. зехтин
- сол на вкус
- магданоз по желание
Приготвяне
- Чесънът се задушава в загряния зехтин (2 с.л.). Към него се прибавя нарязаното на кубчета пилешко месо и черният пипер.
- Месото се пържи докато порозовее, след което в съда се изсипва сметаната. Ястието се осолява.
- Пастата се вари до степен ал денте. Отцежда се и се прибавя сметановия сос с пилешкото. По желание може да добавите магданоз.
